Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days from the day of delivery.

Please send us an email at zadikabridal@gmail.com and let us know what you will be returning and we will confirm the return address. 

​

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

​

In order to receive a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. Any and all original packaging and tags must be included.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

​

You are responsible for the postage costs of returning your item. We do recommend you use a tracked postage service as sometimes things can go missing.

​

Once we receive the return we will contact you and process your refund.
