Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • On ordering, a minimum deposit of 50% is required on all goods. 

  • Gowns are purchased on size only, based on the largest of bust, waist and hips measurements and agreed with the clients. If the client insists on ordering a size other than the one recommended by Zadika Bridal that client will have to sign a disclaimer.

  • Where only a deposit has been paid, the full balance of the order value must be paid within no more than 2 weeks of the goods arriving in store. 

  • Dresses must be tried on within 2 weeks of arriving in store.

  • Dresses stored at Zadika Bridal for more than the 2 week period set out above will carry a charge of €50.

  • Monies are not refundable or transferable to other orders. Once goods are ordered you have no rights if you simple change your mind.

  • Whereby items are made to order i.e all dresses that are not bought ‘off the peg’, once an order is placed with the manufacturers we can only cancel this order with 48 hours, after which point the orders are processed and the dresses are cut and made to the specific sizes, colours etc that we have ordered and therefore must be paid for in full.

  • Goods ordered that are not available from our stock normally take 6 months for delivery unless otherwise stated in writing on the order. Gowns requiring a specific time limit or rush order are subject to surcharge, carried forward to the customer from the manufacturer, which is not always known until the gown/s are ordered. Then it will be added to the cost of the goods.

  • Exact colours and shades of fabrics and designs on trim, including lace, cannot always be guaranteed due to different dye lots, rolls of fabric and natural materials. Zadika Bridal cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.

  • Accessories purchased elsewhere can be used during fitting of gowns, however the customer does so at their own risk. Zadika Bridal will not be held responsible for damage or loss of any such items.

  • Zadika Bridal accepts no responsibility for gowns not fitting due to clients increase or decrease in weight or any other reason beyond our control.

  • In the unfortunate event of a wedding being cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the balance becomes payable immediately and all goods must be collected.

  • 10 working days are required to allow cheques to clear before any items will be released to the buyer.

  • We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on any items purchased ‘off the peg’ from Zadika Bridal

  • All Sale dresses are Sold As Seen therefore it is the buyers responsibility to check that they are happy with the condition of the dress at the time of purchasing.

  • Zadika Bridal will not accept any responsibility for the damage to or loss of goods once the buyer has taken them from the premises.

  • Nothing above shall affect your statutory rights.
